My stay at Casa Marina was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel has a beautiful and spacious layout, with clean and well-maintained grounds. While I enjoyed my time relaxing and appreciated the good food, the customer service left a lot to be desired, particularly during a significant family event. The value for money is questionable due to the inconsistent service and some frustrating experiences during our stay.

I just returned from a week at the Casa Marina Beach Resort and it was an incredible experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and plenty of pools to enjoy. The food was quite good with a wide variety available, although service at the buffet could be a bit hit or miss. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place, although there's room for improvement in certain areas like dining service and Wi-Fi.

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff at the bars and restaurants were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed the food options available. On the other hand, our experience was marred by poor management and the sudden influx of local families at the end of our trip, which made it hard for us to enjoy the facilities. Overall, there were definitely highlights, but some key issues need addressing.
